Today, at the Dane County Farmer's Market I noticed a woman taking pictures of various things around the square. I looked very closely to insure it wasn't a classmate; then chuckled wondering if she too was taking pictures for her posterous site!
Prezi seems user-friendly. I am extremely impressed with the vast information provided on the Prezi site regarding how to do everything in Prezi. The explanations are visual and written in such a manner that I wasn't left with a "huh" feeling at any point. I'd like to use Prezi next year as an introduction to a new unit in literature or book club books; there are some very positive classroom applications. Choosing photos to use for the Prezi for Monday is probably the most difficult task. My pictures don't seem to meet the requirements of how to take great pictures.
Pecha Kucha is frustrating. I'm not one for rules or boxes, so the 20/20 format aggravates me. I also feel like I'm forcing the end product, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see how the end product turns out. I do like the graphic organizer that we used to storyboard though.
The last chapters of PresentationZen were great! I especially enjoyed the outtakes at the end of this last video. I was thoroughly impressed with this text! The last chapter of DigiTales provided me with a lot to think about as well as a lot in regard to things I need to learn about including creating a voiceover and working with music and sound from the Internet.
